Our Commitment

Adams Cloud & Cybersecurity LLC, the operator of TrueScan HR (truescanhr.com), is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

TrueScan HR works toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We acknowledge that some areas of the site may not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working to identify and remediate any accessibility barriers as part of our normal development process.

What We Have Done So Far

• Documented the page language with the lang="en" attribute on every page
• Provided text alternatives for all informational images
• Built dialog and modal windows using the appropriate ARIA roles (role="dialog", aria-modal="true", aria-labelledby) so they are correctly announced to assistive technology
• Marked dynamic results regions with aria-live so screen readers are notified when scan results are ready
• Used semantic HTML for headings, navigation, and content structure
• Designed forms with descriptive button text rather than generic "click here" links
• Structured the site to be operable with keyboard input

Known Limitations

We strive to ensure that our website is accessible, but in some cases we may not yet have addressed all known issues. The following areas are known to need additional work:

• Some form fields may not yet have explicit visible labels paired with their inputs
• Some pages may not yet include a "skip to main content" link
• Color contrast on certain decorative elements has not yet been formally verified
• Full keyboard navigation testing across every interactive element is in progress
